Welcome to the Épernay Community Website

Épernay was designed with a European resort feel and is named after a French City of the same name. The European design is evident everywhere in our truly unique community. Broad open green spaces, large mature trees, private tennis courts and a beautiful swimming pool complex lend an air of quiet relaxation and provide a beautiful resort feel. With 157 homes, it is a perfect community size.

Épernay is conveniently located near major shopping centers and restaurants as well as the nearby Energy Corridor (the location of several major oil companies) and nearby medical facilities. Located just outside of Beltway 8 and south of I-10, Épernay is an easy commute to downtown and many major work areas of Houston. One mile from Épernay's entrance is the beautiful Terry Hershey Park with hike and bike trails. Additionally, some of our homes are adjacent to the Lakeside Country Club golf course. The space offers areas to rest and relax, picnic, exercise or commute by bicycle. The Épernay townhome community is a beautiful, unique and serene place to live.

If you are a new resident, please request a login and visit the page entitled "General Info" for information you need to know as a new resident, including where to pay dues, what is included in your dues, trash days and how to set up Comcast. Basic Comcast cable for three televisions is included in your dues and is available through the Comcast Bulk Department.

The General HOA Community meets every other month on the third Wednesday of the month. We look forward to seeing you at one of our meetings.
